The brief is to renovate the existing ground floor and open up the living/meals areas towards the garden and pool. A first floor addition is also proposed to incorporate bedrooms, a bathroom and an ensuite. The design of the living/meals areas including the first floor are oriented to the north to capture the winter sun.
This family home will offer the occupants better integration between indoor and outdoor areas and copious areas for entertaining family and friends.
