Luxurious contemporary duplex development over three levels. The site slopes down from street level by approximately 10 metres.

Pirrello Design Associates were involved with the preparation of construction development documentation, redesigning internal bedrooms, dining rooms, bathrooms, ensuites and laundries including the design of all internal joinery items.
