‘The Grove Terraces’ - 18 luxurious townhouse development with attics and a 40 car basement carpark. Through thoughtful planning and consultation with  council and residents the development was approved with average internal areas of 169m2.

A landscaped common area compliments a very unique and aesthetically pleasing design.
