Major internal fitout and refurbishment of an existing commercial building into a veterinary clinic with prominent external signage.
The existing fitout was demolished to incorporate on the ground floor - a new shop front, reception/waiting area, two consultation rooms, a common area, disabled toilet, timber stair and on the first floor - a treatment room, operating room, animal hospital/recovery, animal isolation, x-ray and dark room. The commercial building was upgraded to comply with the BCA and relevant Australian Standards.
