Major internal fitout and refurbishment of an existing traditional building into a Patisserie and Café.
The existing fitout was demolished on the ground floor to incorporate a new shop front, servery/display cabinet, wall mounted display cabinets, stainless steel kitchenette, new lighting and contemporary wall tiling. The existing timber floor and ornate ceiling were repaired and returned to their original condition.
