Two storey terrace with attic and basement located in a conservation area. The rear addition was demolished and replaced with a contemporary addition.

Major renovations were undertaken to the terrace, a carport was constructed fronting the laneway including a new landscaped courtyard.

The terrace offers the occupants larger bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen flowing onto a sundrenched courtyard for entertaining.
