Major addition and renovation to front of existing post-war masonry home plus juliet balcony, main balcony and terrace.

Glazed french doors to entertainment area, living area and guest bedroom to capture views of landscaped park beyond and maximise natural light.

Existing gardens were replaced with a contemporary landscape garden design. A masonry front fence was also incorporated in the design.
